Return Policy
Unworn items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unwashed, unaltered, and in the original packaging.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or colour are free of charge. Email us at vest@grace-road.com with your order number and we will organise a replacement.
How to Return
Email vest@grace-road.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items are final sale unless faulty.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, email us immediately at vest@grace-road.com. We will replace or refund at no cost to you.
