Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
Unworn items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unwashed, unaltered, and in the original packaging.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or colour are free of charge. Email us at vest@grace-road.com with your order number and we will organise a replacement.
How to Return
Email vest@grace-road.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a label within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Psalm cards included in orders are non-returnable. Sale items are final sale unless faulty.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, email us immediately at vest@grace-road.com. We will replace or refund at no cost to you.
